Motorola

The first Case History can be traced back to the beginning of the mobile phone market in Italy in the '90s with Motorola, the world-renown American brand which, owing also to the know-how developed by Concorde, was able to gain a 55% share of the market, making Italy the only country in the world to reach such penetration levels.

This result was achieved through a process of symbiotic exchange with Motorola Italia, who entrusted Concorde not only with the distribution and financial side but also the trade marketing activities as well as the complete management of all the sales points.

This was entirely made possible thanks to the development of sound commercial policies based, for that time, on the perfect management of the recommended retail price, so that there was trade satisfaction in selling the brand, given that, in those days, guided sales and in-shop customer support determined the sale itself.

Realme

Twenty-five years after the launch of Motorola, Concorde is again engaged in a brand rollout in Italy with Realme. Though the dynamics may have changed completely, the ability to analyse and identify the most effective path has not.

The exchanges between managers from both Concorde and Realme, world leader and multiple sales record-breaker in the smartphone production sector, has made it possible for Concorde to successfully handle the distribution which, to date, has already reached 95% of weighted distribution in just 3 months.

In addition to signing all the sales agreements with the key market players, Concorde is also responsible for the marketing setup, customer relations (including operators) and the organisation in external structures of the after-sales activities.
